Unhappy with the service

Hi I have been trying to change my contact numbers due to I had made a mistake on the last number. I have been in contact with with yall and seem like you cannot resolve the problem. I have spoke to more than 3 consultants in the last 2 days and it is fruitless. I still waiting to be contacted due to I have cancelled my previous provider. Please contact me and install the service please.
