Unhappy with service

I'm not sure if this company has any staff or not . There seem to be no communication and if u are lucky to get a what's app response it happens when you are not available whereby they cancel the chat within min when you waited 3 hours for response. I've played my order 3 weeks ago and stil nothing from their side .
