Unhappy Webafrica subscriber

I am very frustrated as I have been in contacted with Webafrica for the past few months about the internet connection that keeps dropping. For the past few months I have been advised that the issue lies with Vumatel and there agents are tending to it. Its been three months now. I am paying for a service I cannot use efficiently. I am sorry that I had to be so blunt with the Zolani who was the agent who assisted me tonight but he could not give me the answers i wanted to hear. I even asked him, why if Webafrica knows about the problem are they not informing their clients via email that they as a service provider are aware that the Network Provider is experiencing challenges because after all we are still paying for an inefficient service. I cannot express my frustration in any other way and I went off on Zolani. To Zolani I apologize but you unfortunately were the agent that got linked to my chat. Webafrica please get this issue resolved.

Hi Jeroam,  We can understand why you're feeling so frustrated. Dealing with an intermittent connection for several months, while repeatedly being advised that the matter is with the network provider, would test anyone's patience, especially when you're continuing to pay for a service that isn't performing as expected. We also appreciate your acknowledgement of Zolani. It takes a lot to reflect on a difficult interaction, and it's clear that your frustration stems from the ongoing impact of the issue rather than the assistance you received during that particular conversation. Three months is a significant amount of time to be experiencing recurring connectivity problems, and we can understand your concerns regarding communication and visibility around known network-related issues. When service quality is affected over an extended period, customers naturally want clear updates, transparency, and confidence that progress is being made. To allow us to review the history of the fault, the actions already taken, and the latest feedback available from the network provider, please send us a private message with your account details, including the email address linked to your Webafrica account. We'll make sure the matter is reviewed thoroughly and that you receive the most up-to-date information available. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to investigate further. Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
