Unhappy verry ****ed

I logged a query qith their agents and the next massage I get is they end your chat and say you did not reply but I wil have the conversations screen shot to show them. I tried from two devices and same thing happend this people needs to do their jobs or give it to people who wants to work. I have the 50/50 deal but they loaded me with the 30/30 qhat the **** and now I wanna know bout it they seem to ignore me
