Unhappy new customer

I ordered a router in December, it arrived. On the 31st of December, they debited the R249. This year, while trying activate the wifi, I get sent from pillar to post of agents and eventually I am told that I must order a router again and the same R249 will be deducted again. I want out even before we start.
