Unhappy customer| no internet service

Terrible service. The agents can Assist you properly with issues and they keep taking full payment. Just last month I had no internet connection for about a week they took so long to assist me and I was no compensated for it.

Again I’m having the same issues. They fail to realise that some people work from home as well and they take forever to respond on WhatsApp and there’s no line we can directly call
