Unhappy customer ****med

My wifi went down and, I made my monthly payment using EasyPay as usual, I was not reconnected, I started this whatsapp chat and I have chatted with many agents and I have been told that they can't see my payment. I made another payment today, later the agent told me she can see 2 payments made, she escalated and sent emails that I should be refunded back one payment and reconnect me.till now I'm still disconnected. So frustrating and i think they are starting to **** people or rob us of our hard earned monies. I need my R439.00 x 2 back and I will cancel this useless contract and look for a better service provider.
