Unhappy customer

On the 11th of January 2024 I've paid for installation nd activation for WiFi router.they have been telling me stories none stop nd the sad part is they deducted again last week for something i don't have is been weeks now waiting for them.i asked my refund they telling me is gonna take 15 wrkn days but they want the payment upfront without delivering. So am not am not happy about they service it sucks
