UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

They just switched off my internet "due to a non payment" BUT it was paid! They cannot switch it on again as "the fibre router" is faulty! It worked perfectly fine this morning! I want to know WHY it was switched off in the first place!!!! You took your debit order from my account! Your whatsapp line is NON helpful! I have a business to run and now I am sitting with no internet! I am very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
