Unhappy Customer

I am really disappointed by the service I have received, my services have been disconnected however I have aa refund due to me since November 2024 as well as have made another payment on the 21st of January 2025. I have made use of the WhatsApp chat trying to get the refund credited into my active account however to date is it has not happened. I have spoken to more than 8 agents trying to get the credit note passed on my account however with every agent that I speak to I do not get the help and even went to lengths of loading a debit order on the account but that still has not prevented my services being disconnected.
