Unhappy customer

I am very disappointed in Webafrica support assistance. The whatsup service doesn't help you at all and the support by telephone is not responding to our calls. I know all the facts by heart because I phone the last 3 days constantly and cancel the call after 20 minutes each time without any success. I have also send emails for assistance without any feedback. I was always a happy customer but the way feel now I don't know if they even worry about their custormers anymore.
