Unfortunately cannot give negative stars. Signed me up quick enough, got the router quick enough. 5 weeks later still no internet. Appointment by installers not kept. WhatsApp speedy response line does not work. No joy with the call centre, you just on hold forever. Reception will just cut you off so don't bother trying that... Avoid them like the plague! Ever so sorry I signed up. Looking elsewhere as I type this.
