Unfair 25% increase on my R399 package!

WebAfrica are forcing a 25% increase on me without my permission after I have only been a client for 5 months!

I refuse to accept a 25% increase in my fibre package. This is totally unacceptable and unfair and not what I signed up for. In fact, I have only been a client for five months and they are forcing a R100 increase on me - who does that?!?

Basically they are upgrading me to their next package without my permission and I refuse to accept this and if necessary will take this matter to the communications ombudsman as it is not fair not acceptable.

As far as I am concerned they are in breach of our contract with this forced increase! I signed up for a R399 package that they widely advertised and that’s what I can afford and I refuse to pay R100 more!!! Talk about false advertising- they bait you with the special then add on R100 per month when it suits them!
