********* Workmanship!!
So I app**** online a couple of times for a 100 / 100 Meg uncapped line with them.
They informed me online no payment will be debited until I am live!!
For this to happen they are to come out to the premises, Activate the new rooter and then activate the line for use.
The package I took was for around R1 800 I have never met with anyone from WebAfrica I have no Rooter and if they check ( got confirmation over the phone with one of there Managers in Cape Town that looked and informed me the line has no activity and they Accept they are in the wrong and that they correct their Error and clean my name ) The line has in Fact not been used at all since they started debiting me in Feb 2019. I went and reversed the money each time as to not lose out on my fees, however I believe they have blacklisted or Flagged me in the process and now I am in a position of not being able to sign for anything now.
I am not happy with how this company deals with there work Ethics and I want to stop this from happening to anyone ever again but that might be Impossible due to so many ******* money hungry Organisations.
I warn all who try this service !!
