********* BUSINESS BEHAVIOUR

Web Africa has been debiting my bank account since the 5th of October 2022. I have received absolutely no product or service from this ISP company. They refuse to cancel or terminate the debit order. I have incurred R400 in bank reversal charges to date. Communication is non-existent, as I get led into a loop of WA BOT consultants, who have no clue how to resolve their problems and ********* business service. They are also in hot water with Advertising Regulator, as their ad promotions are misleading customers. The bank says they can do nothing . . . . do we just accept the ********* business behavior of Web Africa who is robbing customers? Can anyone help!!
