Worst Service. Agent ****. The say if cancel before 12 months you have to pay for the router. After 12 months I cancelled and now I must pay R999 if I don't return. They charge for the entire month following cancellation. However quick to take money pro rata on the day you sign. Doesnt work the same when you cancel. And the worst service .... cannot call. Have to use a watsapp chat to communicate. And they take FOREVER to return your CHAT ....you cannot speak to anyone...need watsapp and patience to type messages. Biggest regret.
