I am Customer Code GIM69 and I discovered my neighbor has been using wrongfully my physical address to get Vuma installation at his house located at another property while following up with on my order and despite I submitted my proof of residential address I am still struggling to get my own Vuma installation that I would pay at the promo amount for nearly 1 month because of that issue.

As per your agent my address will not qualify for a promo amount as my neighbor already used my address to get a Vuma installation at a promo amount and is getting away with that.
