It seems that no matter how many times I communicate that I am not associated with Webafrica in any way, my words have fallen on deaf ears, resulting in an infuriating situation that I can no longer tolerate.

To clarify once and for all: I have never been, nor am I currently, a subscriber to any of Webafrica's services. I have never accessed your platform, nor have I requested any services from your company. It is beyond comprehension that you have continuously billed me for a service I never signed up for, never used, and have zero affiliation with. Even more astonishing is the fact that this service supposedly pertains to an address where I do not even reside.

The level of mishandling and negligence exhibited in this case is truly mind-boggling. Your blatant refusal to take responsibility and address my repeated attempts to rectify this situation is both infuriating and unacceptable. I demand immediate answers regarding how my personal information came into your possession and who is accountable for initiating this unauthorized account in my name.

I urge you to take swift and decisive action to correct this grave mistake and put an end to the unwarranted and ********* billing that has been imposed upon me. Your lack of professionalism and integrity throughout this ordeal is nothing short of disgraceful, testing my patience beyond its limits.
