UNBEARABLY SLOW LTE

Every day I experience very low download speeds. This is the first time since becoming a member that the service is so poor. I am also working from home but I cannot work with download speeds of 0.90mbps, this is ridiculous. Just yesterday I had Siseko assisting me with resetting my VPN and the download speeds went up to 15mbps, now we are back to less than 1mbps. Can this please be resolved. I cannot work like this.
