If you're looking for an ISP that doesn't give a dime about client service, make you go through their aggravating WhatsApp channel DAILY to follow up on services that have been pending for over 30 days, then WebAfrica is for you.

I already have fiber at the premises, and ONT from previous FNO used, their staff have little to no interest to follow up with the needed FNO to complete the installation, yet they want to bill for services that aren't even live. I have contacted support about this matter on 10 various occasions, with no response or feedback, empty promises of being contacted with feedback, nothing.
