Unavailable customer support

I have been without internet since 12:00after loadshedding. Queries to webafrica have not yield a result, save for Robot generated one. I have followed the steps as advised and my request to speak to an agent have gone unanswered. I also tried calling and that too did not yield any results. How can a connectivity entity be so uncontactable? Very unhappy with their service, they deserve a zero!
