Unavailable agents!

Money was debited from my account on 1st of July and yet I still don't have connection. When I contact the team using their WhatsApp channel and live chat I am referred to a bot and no agent is on sight. Instead, I received an email from accounts to let me know I am still owing. I sent proof of payment and I was told that the money will be allocating, I AM STILL WAITING!!!

I am truly disappointed with the service and the fact that WEBAFRICA is really hard to reach but they know very well how to debit.
