Unauthorized Purchase from my bank account

They took R750 (in the form of an online purchase) out of my bank account. Not a debit order but a purchase. I had my bank card with me the whole time. In other words.... They stole my money. I'm with Herotel /Igen going into my 3rd month with them, now Webafrica tells me I still owe them R699, after I cancelled my month to month contract with them. Capitec can not refund me because it reflects as a purchase. Terrible after sales service also, Stay Away!!
