Unauthorized, *********ly deducting Funds.

This company chat agent Manqoba Ntshuba refuse to provide assistance or a number that me as a customer may call or refuse to call me. I have paid this company double in October in error. I chatted to agent Mubeeb F last week to confirm this and advised I dont need a refund, just wanted to confirm I am in credit for November which I received confirmation my next payment in due 6th December only to find this company debited me today. I have never had a debit order for more than 2 years being with them, I pay manually monthly and did not give any authorization for a debit order nor gave them my details for a debit order. The agent tells me they dont call nor receive calls and only do live chat and refuse to assist even though I provided Proof of double payment and proof of payment *********ly took off my account today and insists for a bank statement before they would do anything. I am asking for a manager to call me on *** or a number I can call to resolve this dispute and the Chat agent is of no help or assistance.
