unauthorized debit to my account

when i was applying for home fibre i was told that they did not cover my area in buccleuch, i then surprisingly received a router ... months later they send me an email to pay for the router and i told them to pick up their router which they did now its months that they have been trying to deduct from my account R1049 for a service I've never received. Its absolutely ridiculous !!!
