UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT OF R1999 FOR A ROUTER ha ha ha *******

Webafrica day light ******S, you should be ashamed of yourself and TELKOM please cancel your contract with WEBAFRICA they are tannishing your reputation. please see below email i got from WEBAFRICA after i cancelled my contact with them in JUNE 2020. Please Note: Due to the National Lockdown, over the outbreak of Covid-19, we request that if you have cancelled a Fibre/LTE service and need to return your free-to-use router that you keep it for now until further notice. NO router penalties will be charged to your account. Keep it safe, but keep yourself safer. Two months later my account was debited with R1999 for a router that I DO NOT EVEN WANT ha ha ha ha, the sad part you debited from an account with INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, FNB will resolve that with you to teach you a lesson that CUSTOMER CARE is important, you do not just debit peoples accounts simply because you can its RUDE and i have already reported that as a ********** ACTIVITY as you debited my without my AUTHORISATION, honestly in this COVID PANDEMIC who wants a router for R1999, did you contact me to say you may send our router????? you dont take my hard earned money that is UTTER BULL****, that is money for my baby's milk and pampers. you must send me an email to say you may return the router not to JUST DEBIT MY ACCOUNT, and i blame FNB for supporting/promoting such ********** activity. SHAME ON YOU WEBAFRICA!!!!
