Unauthorized access to account

If I could I would put 0 starts. These people have no idea of what they are doing. I called to find out pricing for a new fiber line which I was then told I’ll just be paying per month a fee and that’s it I then said fine you can have my details but I’m not agreeing to anything until I see the contract. Later that day I still didn’t see a contract so I called again and was told about additional charges I told them to cancel everything. I received an sms saying my order is being processed I then called again the next morning to my surprise I have now two accounts connect to me I told them cancel everything this is the worst service I have ever received and now I see my account has been charged. I don’t know if the people who work there are actually able to do their job or not and this is literally the worst service I have ever received. I highly don’t recommend them.
