Unauthorised debits from Web Africa from my account whilst i have not contract with them

On 23 May 2023, i contacted Web Africa wanting to use their services for a contract. They assisted me and the agreement was that a Router will be dispatched and the only fee they said they would charge was R250 upfront. I noted on the 24 May 2023 that a debit order totaling R997,00 was deducted by them. I struggled for two days to find out why they debited me as they transferred me to different people that provided different stories. My bank reversed the debit order at a fee of R45,00. I asked Web Africa to cancel the contract and told them that i am not interested in their product anymore. On 1 July 2023, a debit order was deducted from my account totaling R548,00. I managed to get my bank to reverse it at a cost of R45,00. I told Web Africa yesterday that i am not interested in any products from them and this morning i noted an email indicating that a credit was app**** to my account and it will be included in my monthly billing. Again i have no router and are not using their services so i fail to understand why they cannot delete my details from their database and cancel any debit orders on their system.
