Unauthorised debiting of my credit card

I have reported a case to Webafrica where they have incorrectly debited my credit card. What is more shocking is that they don't have any record of the money they have taken from me. The billing statement doesn't make sense and the customer servicing has been quite bad.

I only moved to Webafrica because of a positive referral, and up to this point I had been referring friends of mine as well... however after this experience (and the incompetence related to bank reconciliation and customer servicing) I have a different opinion of their services.
