unauthorised debiting

<p>in 2014 , I enlisted services of Web africa for a website desig and maintenance. I was assured it is not a contract but a month to month agreement that I could terminate by giving notice at any point. I sent an email to webafrica on the second of february 2016 notifying them that february would be the last month a I would no longerrequire the use of their services. </p> <p>Despite this Webafrica has continued to debit my account every month ????????????</p> <p>if it is not a contract why do you continue to debit my account after termination notice?????????????? Please stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
