UNAUTHORISED DEBIT...CLAWBACK R1999

Dear Webafrica

I trying to reach you guys with regards to my router, I stopped my prescription, BUT still keep my service, I want to take a holiday break..still want to keep my service. I am not presently not in my flat..looking after my bosses house in bishopscourt.

please you reverse the debit order, also you did not sent me email about the clawback.
