unauthorised debit order

I recently contacted this company for a quote and information. we went through the necessary information and everything was settled. i then immediately cancelled the order because i wasnt happy. the still debited my account without authorisation and continued to to send me billing vie email.

I had to contact them several times at my cost and aslo face negative credit from my bank because of their incompetence. Very frustrating and disappointing.
