Unauthorised Debit Order and Serious Lack of Communication!

I am very disappointed with Web Africa. We are trying to get fibre in our offices and we were told it is available in our area. We were told to pay R249 for the installation. Then we are told that Evotel cannot help us and we need to use OpenServe. The consultant told us the R249 will be transferred to the new order and it will proceed. Then I am bombarded with emails and calls because they keep picking up the address as Joshua Door Centre (Which it has not been for 15 years!) I send a little from the actual owner of the building stating that we are renting the offices. I then have my account debited by R999 because the new installation fee is R1249. This was done without permission! I have asked for feedback regarding this and it is ignored.

I then get called by OpenServe about coming for the installation on Thursday the 11th. THey came and told us they are going to start the installation and will keep us posted. I received a WhatsApp from OpenServe to download their app and track the installation.

This morning I get ANOTHER PHONE CALL from Web Africa stating that they need address verification as they are picking it up as Joshua Door Centre and the order cannot be placed with OpenServe before this is resolved and I just about lost my mind. How can the order not continue if they have already been here for the installation.

This is ridiculous!!! How is this allowed?? How is the communication this awful? How is Web Africa allowed to just deduct amounts without permission. This is a Non Profit organisation. That money was allocated to a project. This is not how you are supposed to treat your clients. I have a personal account with you as well and I have NEVER had problems like this before with Web Africa.
