Unauthorised Debit

I had made request for service with WebAfrica,however, I unable to use them as my provider. Spoke to someone in sales who advised that I would be refunded R249 which I already and that all service requests would be cancelled. However, services not cancelled, and today R249 was debited from my account. I would like my money refunded and service requests cancelled immediately
