Unacceptable throttling levels

Ordered a 100/50mbps fibre package from them. First month went smoothly but from the first day of the 2nd month they simply throttle your fibre line into the ground.

We are 3 people in our household, of which we game and stream netflix. And occasionally we would download a new game (maybe once a month). You would think this is normal use, however with the low FUP thresholds from webafrica, you pretty much will always be FUPPED, unless ofcourse you buy their overpriced "Pro" packages *wink* *wink*

But now to the part which actually led me to write this review.... We have a 100mbps line which gets throttled to a whopping 300kbps.... yes, a full, fat 300kbps, ***y right?

This in all honesty is absolutely ridiculous, throttling should be managed as a percentage of your current package (say 10%, which will be more than enough to let you know you've gone over, but atleast you can do something).

Dont fall for their marketing.... stay away, go spend your money at a better ISP.
