Unacceptable slow internet and pathetic website!/ bot services

Slow internet, but their stupid site says no issues, yet every device in the house is slow.

Streaming on Youtube on 240p seriously.

Speed test doesn't go higher than 20 Mbps, and we have a 150 Mbps connection.

Unacceptable!
