Unacceptable Service from Web Africa .

Extremely poor service , to say the least . Zero communication with regards to increase in amounts . They are barely even contactable . Everytime I speak to someone nobody EVER has an answer for me , they keep transferring me to someone new or I just don't get any answers . It's been like this since I've joined them . The agreed amount was R399 per month , I've only ever paid that amount for 1 month because they always deducting more and they never have a set deduction date and nobody can ever explain WHY . Very disappointing and a very unhappy customer . I've also read a few other reviews that were posted either yesterday or the same day as mine and not a single happy customer. Obviously there needs to be a change . Why is the company still up and running if there are little to no happy customers?
