Unacceptable service and worst provider!!

Since day 1 there has been no after sales service. Many times I emailed with no response, and when I call no one is available.They sold me an uncapped package, after that I had to find out it was throttled at 70 gig.Apparently I have reached my threshold on the 2nd of the month already[for the past few months now], how is that even possible???I am cancelling..should have done before, but now I have to sit without internet until end of this month...******* and *****s!!
