Unacceptable Service and Delayed Response from Webafrica & Frogfoot

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Webafrica regarding fault ticket WA***.

The original fault was logged through Webafrica on Sunday, 6 September 2026, and I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 72 hours. Despite this commitment, I have now been informed that a technician from Frogfoot will only attend to the fault on Friday, resulting in an extended and unacceptable period without connectivity.

As a paying customer, I rely heavily on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional use. The prolonged outage, combined with inconsistent communication and shifting resolution timelines, has been extremely frustrating.

What is most concerning is the apparent lack of urgency in resolving the issue. While the matter has been escalated internally, this offers little comfort when there is still no reasonable resolution timeframe being provided.

I expect service providers to honour their commitments and communicate transparently with customers. Unfortunately, my experience with Webafrica & Frogfoot has fallen far short of these expectations.

I am requesting that Frogfoot:

Prioritize and expedite the repair of this fault. Provide clear and accurate communication regarding resolution timelines. Review the service levels being provided to customers experiencing network outages.

I trust that this complaint will receive the attention it deserves and that Web Africa & Frogfoot will take immediate action to restore my service.
