Unacceptable service

My WiFi has been down for over a week and before that it was off for three days two weeks ago. I keep being put through to agents but no one is able to tell me when it’ll be fixed. A technician came on Thursday for 2 minutes, said it should be up in 5 minutes. More than 48 hours later I’m still without connection. I told them I work from home and in the middle of exams so I don’t know how they expect me to be productive
