Unacceptable customer service

We have been battling now for month's just to change our debit order date, nobody is prepared to help. They just keep saying there's only one debit order date & we have to use the customer zone to pay. The customer zone doesn't even work properly & they refuse to give their banking details. How are we suppose to pay if they can not even give bank details.
