Unacceptable

I am struggling to get hold of somebody who can assist me with the fibre installers. Was promised to be contacted within 48hrs after making payment. Cannot get hold of customer care services. Been wasting my airtime and still haven't spoken to anybody. I do not want to chat to anybody on whatsapp. They take forever to get back to you. I WANT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN!
