Unable to resolve my failed internet service.

I have complained about my internet that has been down for days. The agent keep on changing and I have to start all over again. I have done this several times on whatsapp chat and I have to repeat thesame process. Nothing has been done so far and its frustrating. Just today, the debit order went off my account and I am not using their service. I need urgent intervention.
