Unable to get access to account

Please make contact as I'm unable to get access to my account.

Webafrica has decided to change their web portal, which I'm no longer to access as my credentials are apparantly wrong. Try to contact them, I'm told to Whatsapp, try to whatsapp, I need to speak to an agent which I can't do because I need an OTP that I'm not receiving.

I need to upgrade my link asap, so please assist.
