unable to contact webafrica

no one from webafrica is available, they do not even have a Support Call number. I have signed up for services with them but waiting and waiting after they debit my account. The Sales Lady told me she will call me back and explain, but instead she activated my services without finalizing with me. Now I cannot even call anyone to cancel and move to someone else with better service.

I will request my bank to reverse the debit for last week and remove all lines or equipment installed from webafrice
