Unable to cancel Webafrica contract due to *********** agents

Trying to cancel my service with Webafrica after a year.

I went to their website, logged in using my details and went to my Product/Services and selected "Cancel My Service"

I was then asked to use their WhatsApp service.

After being routed to 3 different agents and eventually reached the cancellations dept. I then requested of them to cancel my contract, and I was told to go to their website, log in and do exactly the same that I just did!

Talk about incompetend!

Maybe someone form Webafrica can contact me and attend o my query , as this going in circles are just wasting my time
