Unable to cancel webafrica

I have been with webafrica for 4 years and their prices keep escalating. Their competitors prices are much cheaper and I want to move. I have been trying to cancel my account with them over the phone since this morning. I have wasted over R300 in airtime to get through to them and I am still not through to anybody.

Their support queue goes into a loop where it keeps asking to press 1 for a call back or 2 to wait for an agent. If you press 1 it doesn't tell you that they will call you back and cut the call. It just asks you to press 1 or 2 again. It never ends. If you press 2 you never go to the queue, it goes into the loop where it keeps asking you to press 1 or 2
