Unable to cancel service

Firstly, I requested Web Africa's servicea as I temporarily changed addresses. I was told the service is month to month with no contract and I am able to cancel on the first of the month. 3months later upon trying to cancel, I realise that if I do cancel the service I am liable for claw back fees. I have tried unsuccessfuly to cancel the contract from 1 October and am still being billed for the service. I have been sent from pillar to post via their web agents and have shared screenshots upon screenshots and then handed over to different consultants. One is unable to cancel the service via their platform and they have recently been investigaged by the Competitions Commission because of this, however nothing has changed.
