Unable to cancel my services

Impossible to cancel. They won’t let me cancel my services online. They refer me to their WhatsApp chat. When requesting any other service they respond within minutes, when mentioning the word cancel they transfer me to Willie the bot. Waiting since yesterday morning. Eisch!
