Unable to cancel ADSL
I tried to cancel my ADSL subscription so it stops end of March as my work is moving me to a different location from 24 march, but Webafria only wants to stop service by end of April. As far as I understood it when I started using webafrica I was told as long as the account is canceled before the 25th of a month the account is canceled. I want webafrica to stop my account with immediate effect as I am not going to pay for ADSL that I will not be using

There seems to be a confusion because our services are on a month-to-month basis and we require a calendar month notice when a customer is cancelling but we do make exceptions when needed.
Furthermore, our guys have been in touch with you and they've confirmed that they've honoured your request and your service will be cancelled at the end of March as requested.
